Which meeting room best suits my business meeting?

The Hulstkamp Gebouw offers several meeting rooms in Rotterdam, suitable for groups of 20 to 100 guests. Hef and Zwaan are ideal for smaller meetings and presentations. Depending on your program and preferred layout, our other rooms can also accommodate larger business meetings.

Which room layouts and technical facilities are available?

Our rooms can be arranged flexibly. A mobile 75-inch screen is available, and all rooms have Wi-Fi and standard lighting. Professional audiovisual equipment and additional screens can be provided through our trusted technical partners.

Can I book several rooms or breakout rooms?

Yes. The rooms at the Hulstkamp Gebouw can be booked individually or combined. For example, you can combine a plenary meeting with breakout sessions, lunch or a closing drinks reception.

Which meeting packages and catering options are available?

We offer several fixed packages for meetings. Catering is provided by Hutten food & design and can be tailored to your program and the time of day. Please contact us for our current packages and rates.

Are hybrid meetings possible?

Yes. Hybrid meetings and livestreams are possible. Together with our trusted technical partners, we can provide livestreaming, recordings and hybrid formats tailored to your meeting.
