Located to the left of De Wintertuin room, this stylish, contemporary space features its own bar and is ideal for inspiring meetings, receptions or as a breakout room.

Which rooms are available at the Hulstkamp Gebouw?

The Hulstkamp Gebouw offers five distinctive rooms:

  • Wintertuin: a bright and impressive space with a glass roof and an 18-metre-high tree.
  • Stokerij: the largest individual room, ideal for conferences, business dinners and large-scale events.
  • Branderij: a spacious room with an industrial and historic character.
  • Hef and Zwaan: smaller rooms for meetings, presentations, receptions or use as breakout rooms.

The rooms can be booked individually or in combination.

Which room best suits my event and group size?

The most suitable room depends on the type of event, preferred layout and number of guests. The indicative capacity of each room is:

  • Wintertuin: 50 to 300 guests
  • Branderij: 150 to 200 guests
  • Stokerij: 150 to 300 guests
  • Hef and Zwaan: 20 to 100 guests

Hef and Zwaan are ideal for smaller meetings and presentations. The Wintertuin, Stokerij and Branderij can accommodate larger dinners, conferences, receptions and corporate parties. Can I combine several rooms for one event?

Yes. The rooms at the Hulstkamp Gebouw can be booked individually or combined. For example, you can combine a plenary session with breakout sessions, a dinner, drinks reception or party.

As the rooms are interconnected, each part of your programme can have its own setting without guests having to leave the venue.

Which room layouts and technical facilities are available?

The rooms can be arranged flexibly based on your programme, number of guests and preferred atmosphere. The available layouts vary depending on the room and type of event.

Facilities available for presentations and business meetings include:

  • a mobile 75-inch screen;
  • Wi-Fi and standard lighting in every room;
  • professional audiovisual equipment and additional screens through trusted technical partners;
  • support for livestreams and hybrid events.

Can I view the rooms before booking?

Yes. You are very welcome to visit the Hulstkamp Gebouw before booking. During a tour or introductory meeting, we will show you the different rooms and discuss which space, layout and facilities best suit your plans.
