Its historic character, modern facilities and flexible rooms allow you to organise an exhibition that suits your organisation, visitors and exhibitors.

With its spacious and light-filled setting, De Wintertuin is ideal as the main exhibition floor. The Hulstkamp Gebouw also has four adjoining rooms: Stokerij, Branderij, Hef and Zwaan.

These rooms can be used for presentations, break-out sessions, meetings or other parts of the programme.

Yes, the five rooms can be booked separately or combined. This allows you to combine a central exhibition floor with separate rooms for presentations, workshops, meetings, catering or reception.

As the rooms are interconnected, visitors can easily move between the different parts of the programme.

All rooms offer Wi-Fi and basic lighting. A mobile 75-inch screen is also available. Professional audiovisual equipment, additional screens, livestreams and hybrid formats can be arranged through our trusted technical partners.

Styling, branding, catering and additional facilities can also be tailored to the desired look and format of your exhibition.

The cost depends on the rooms selected, the number of visitors, the date and duration of the exhibition, and your requirements for catering, technical facilities, styling and additional services.
