De Branderij provides an industrial setting for presentations, dinners and other parts of the programme. Hef and Zwaan are ideal as smaller breakout rooms for workshops and breakout sessions.

De Wintertuin can be used for registration and reception, catering, an exhibition area or a networking reception. The most suitable combination depends on the programme, preferred layout and number of attendees.

Yes. The rooms can be booked individually or combined. This allows you to combine a plenary presentation with breakout sessions, workshops, an exhibition area, lunch or a closing networking reception.

As the rooms are interconnected, attendees can move easily between the different parts of the programme without having to leave the venue.

Wi-Fi and standard lighting are available in every room. A mobile 75-inch screen is also available. Professional audiovisual equipment, additional screens, livestreaming, recordings and hybrid formats can be provided through trusted technical partners.
