How many guests can the Hulstkamp Gebouw accommodate?
The Hulstkamp Gebouw offers spaces for business events from 20 guests. Capacity varies depending on the room and layout. Smaller gatherings can be held in Hef and Zwaan, while the Wintertuin, Stokerij and Branderij are suitable for larger groups.
Several rooms can also be combined, making the venue suitable for both small business gatherings and large-scale events.
Can I combine several rooms within one business event?
Yes. The rooms can be booked individually or combined. For example, you can welcome your guests in the Wintertuin before moving to other rooms for a plenary programme, breakout sessions, dinner, drinks reception or party.
As the rooms are interconnected, each part of the programme can have its own setting without guests having to leave the venue.
Which facilities and support are available for business events?
Facilities include a mobile 75-inch screen, Wi-Fi and standard lighting. Professional audiovisual equipment, additional screens, livestreaming and hybrid formats can be provided through trusted technical partners.
Catering, styling, technical production and additional facilities can all be tailored to your event. Catering is provided by Hutten food & design.

The costs depend on the rooms selected, number of guests, date and duration of the event and the catering, technical support and additional services required.
